Commercial real estate veteran Jean-Marc Fritzinger has joined Stonelake, a French proptech firm that seeks to increase brokers’ conversion rates through the use of data and AI.
With his new title of Transaction Director, Fritzinger will support Stonelake’s institutional clients in their arbitrage and acquisition strategy, according to a LinkedIn post by the company. Prior to the new role, Fritzinger worked at commercial real estate brokerage JLL for nearly 18 years, most recently serving as Investment Director for the Paris and Île-de-France offices. The executive, a graduate of the Sorbonne and engineering school ESTP, also worked at brokerage DTZ.
Founded in 2022, Paris-based Stonelake uses an in-house software solution, OCTOPUS, that it says enables brokers to target prospects better, sell faster, and earn more, according to the company’s website. Stonelake’s technology provides automated mixing and matching between investors and assets, verification of information via AI, and custom sales follow-up with data-based reports – solving for a number of problems with market and deal opacity and lack of quality monitoring of brokers.
Stonelake was co-founded by President Jonathan Griguer, a residential real estate restructuring expert, and CEO David Berrebi, who previously led a team of six commercial brokers as CEO of the Parisian agency PRIME LOCATION. Fritzinger’s move to Stonelake was first reported by Business Immo.
